Are kids allowed?
Yes! We are a family friendly facility. 

Can I bring my own clubs?
Please bring your own clubs! If you do not have clubs, we have rental sets available for $15.
 
Do I rent a bay by the hour?
Yes! Bay rentals are available for one hour followed by 30 minute increments after the first hour. 
 
How do I book?
You can call the lounge to book, or you can use the booking link above! 
 
What kind of games are there to play?
The bulk of the courses we offer are real world wide golf courses. We have a selection of fantasy courses, longest drive contest, and target challenges you can play against others in! There are skill building programs as well if you are looking to improve your golf game. 
 
How many hours does it take to golf 18 holes?
We recommend 45 minutes per player to finish 18 holes. 
 
Do I have to know how to golf? 
Not at all! We have game options for all levels of golfers. 
 
Is there food and drink? 
We are fully licensed and proudly serve an array of crafted coffee beverages. Our menu features a delightful selection of pizzas, platters, and tempting appetizers, perfect for any occasion.
 
What do I all need to bring?
Just your indoor shoes and your golf clubs!

Can I bring outside food and drink? 
Please refrain from bringing outside food and drink, water bottles are okay!
 
How early do I need to show up?
Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your tee time to prevent congestion in the building in between tee-times. 
 
Will someone show me how to use the simulator?
Absolutely! We will give you a run down when you arrive, and we are only a few steps away if you have questions throughout your booking. 

Are you open year round?
We're a seasonal biz! We collaborate with our local golf courses season! This means that in the spring, we shift into summer mode and pause our regular hours. Our regular hours will resume in the fall based on golf course closure dates! During our summer closure —we’re still booking full facility events! The best way to get a hold of us for inquiries of any kind is via email---our phone's on vacation too!
 
What is your cancellation policy?
At Birdies, we strive to provide the best experience for all our guests. To ensure fair access to our tee times we require 8 hours notice for any tee time cancellations. A credit card is not required to book a tee time unless there is a history of a marked no-show or late cancellations on file. If you cancel within 8 hours of your scheduled tee time or fail to show up, you will be required to provide a credit card to hold future bookings. Empty bays due to no-shows result in lost opportunities for other guests and impact our operations. Please be mindful when booking and canceling your tee times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a seamless experience for everyone.
